Northeast Christian Church

Northeast may be different from churches you’ve visited in the past. We are not doing church the way it has been done for the past two hundred years. We have a distinctively “now” kind of feel. We believe that when you go to church it ought to be a good experience – and be a place you want to be. And it’s our hope that you will feel that way every week at NECC. Each Sunday, it is our goal to inspire, encourage, and instruct people in the things of God. NECC is a contemporary, Biblical church communicating God’s Word in a creative and compelling way. We do our best to reach people at all stages in life – through our quality children’s ministry, challenging teen’s ministry, and encouraging adult ministry. That’s because no matter what stage of life you’re in, you need to learn about and be reminded of the life-changing love of God. Whether you’re investigating spiritual things for the first time – or looking for a church where you can feel at home, I’m glad you’re considering our church. Worship @ NECC

It's probably not much different than the school you attended. We meet in the gymnasium with great music, a few laughs, and an encouraging message. The children meet in classrooms that get converted every Sunday to an age-appropriate place to learn and have fun together. The hallways are filled with people talking and laughing together. We even create a set-up for babies that's safe, peaceful, and almost like your nursery at home. Check it out!

Small Groups

Going to church on Sunday mornings is a great first step; integrating that experience into every corner of your life is when it really gets fun. NECC Small Groups are a great place for that fun to get started. Small Groups meet in a variety of different settings and provide a place to laugh, eat, and study together. There’s no pre-requisite or expected level of knowledge required, just a desire to accept and be accepted.

After worship we enjoy coffee, juices, and tasty treats for a time of fellowship and encouragement.

For Children

Children’s Ministry at Northeast is a high energy, high impact experience on Sunday mornings that sets the stage for the entire week. Pre-schoolers and 1st-5th graders laugh, sing, study, and learn in a safe and secure setting with great leaders.

For Youth

Youth Ministry takes place in a wide variety of settings – Sunday mornings, small groups, retreats, conferences, camps, mission trips, and service projects. Through it all, 6th-12th graders are discovering what it means to follow and serve Jesus and make a difference in the real world.

At NECC, we love God and love people. We do this by helping people to understand, pursue and take their next step toward God. Our woship time, Sunday schools and small group Bible studies are great way to connect and grow.
